Zusammenfassung

Jobgether on behalf of a partner company in Austria seeks a Creative Lead – DTC & Performance Creative to own and optimize the full creative production pipeline. You will coordinate across external agencies and internal teams, translating research and performance data into scalable concepts, briefs, and workflows.

You will drive relationships, briefs, and QA, while aligning creative output with KPIs like CTR, CPA, ROAS, and CVR to grow the business.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in performance creative or related field.
• Proven experience managing creative agencies and partners.
• Strong experience briefing and developing paid social, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce, UGC, and direct-response marketing.
• Able to tie creative decisions to performance metrics and business outcomes.
• Familiar with Notion or similar project tools.
• Excellent written communication for async collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end creative production across agencies and internal teams.
• Lead agency relationships; biweekly calls; review output; ensure results.
• Develop ~10 creative briefs per week from research and performance data.
• Oversee scripts, concepts, hooks, video edits, landing pages and related research.
• Provide actionable creative feedback to strategists, editors, designers, copywriters and partners.
• Manage creative workflows and production tracking in project tools.
• Research ads, reviews, competitors, audiences to inform concepts.
• Analyze creative performance; identify winning formats and opportunities.
• Translate weekly insights into clear updates and repeatable systems.
• Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency, quality and results.
