Job summary

DO & CO in Vienna seeks a Head of Crew Control to act as the central contact for our event crew across the group. You will lead culinary, service and logistics teams at flagship events including Formula 1 and major world championships, while overseeing staff scheduling and resolving day-to-day challenges.

You will coordinate travel for event teams, ensure smooth operations, and travel internationally to top events. The role requires German and English fluency and a strong people focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality or similar environment.
• Genuine passion for working with people and an open-minded personality.
• Structured, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proven ability to coordinate small teams and large groups up to 250.
• Homes in motivating and inspiring others with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for culinary, service and logistics teams at national and international flagship events (e.g. Formula 1, FIFA World Cups, UEFA European Championships, golf and tennis tournaments).
• Oversee staff scheduling and ensure effective implementation of schedules.
• Provide solution-oriented support to employees for day-to-day operational challenges.
• Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and local transportation for event teams.

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFER

Starting salary from€5,000 gross per monthbased on full-time employment(all-in contract), with the willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and individual agreement.
