Job summary

Konecta Team for Coca-Cola seeks a hands-on Digital Platform Operations Specialist to manage Coca‑Cola’s websites, CMS, mobile app and CRM campaigns across Austria and Switzerland. This execution-focused role involves publishing content, configuring campaigns, testing before launch and coordinating with internal teams.

You will publish pages, launch promos, manage CRM campaigns and ensure QA/UAT rigor. Fluency in German and English is required, with attention to detail for recurring platform

Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on CMS experience.
• Practical experience with digital campaign implementation.
• Experience with CRM campaign execution and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of UAT, QA and troubleshooting.
• Mobile app or loyalty platform experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform recurring tasks.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and publish website pages and landing pages directly in the CMS.
• Configure and launch digital campaigns, promotions and loyalty activities across websites and mobile platforms.
• Set up and launch CRM campaigns using relevant platforms.
• Maintain website and app content, campaign assets and legal information.
• Conduct UAT and QA, troubleshoot issues and verify technical elements before launch.
• Implement tracking tags and QR codes and support campaign reporting.
• Coordinate technical fixes and campaign requirements with Digital Managers, IT and other stakeholders.
