Qualifikationen

• Completed technical apprenticeship, ongoing or recently completed HTL, or relevant studies.
• Solid technical understanding and careful handling of small components and electronics.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with assembly processes, tools, and techniques.
• Attention to detail and a practical problem-solving mindset.
• Flexibility to support a wide range of tasks in production.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication skills in German and/or English.

Aufgaben

• Hands-on assembly of components and devices across different stages of the production process.
• Material preparation, pre-assembly, cleaning, packaging, and warehouse support.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products with precision and care.
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document and report any discrepancies in the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
