Qualifikationen

• Completed technical apprenticeship, HTL, or relevant studies.
• Solid technical understanding and careful handling of small components/electronics.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with assembly processes, tools and techniques.
• Attention to detail and practical problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good communication skills in German and/or English.

• Hands-on assembly of components and devices across production stages.
• Material preparation, pre-assembly, cleaning, packaging, and warehouse support.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products with precision and care.
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Tasks

What You'll Be Doing

• Hands-on assembly of components and devices across different stages of the production process
• Material preparation, pre-assembly, cleaning, packaging, and warehouse support
• Use hand and power tools to assemble products with precision and care
• Inspect components and assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Document and report any discrepancies in the assembly process
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team
