Viewpointsystem GmbH in Vienna builds award-winning smart glasses with hardware, firmware, software, and product under one roof. You’ll support our Sensors, Data & Intelligence team, keeping them organised, connected to the rest of the company, and running Scrum for the team.

This hands-on role sits at the center of the work, coordinating across hardware, firmware, software, and optics to keep everyone aligned and informed. Fluent English is required; German is welcome.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator in technical environments.
• Cross-team coordination across multiple groups.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a deep-tech startup.
• Coaching style rather than enforcing processes.
• Calm under pressure and clear communication.
• Fluent English; German welcome.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for the team and energise participants.
• Support task prioritisation and organisational clarity.
• Identify and remove blockers to keep progress.
• Coordinate between hardware, firmware, software, and optics teams.
• Keep stakeholders informed with concise updates.
• Improve ways of working to fit team and company needs.
• Maintain and improve ClickUp tasks and docs.
• Foster a culture of trust and continuous improvement.
