Octapharma Vienna is seeking a Group Expert QC Innovation for Operations (m/f/d) in a temporary capacity. The role focuses on coordinating analytical activities, technology transfers, and continuous improvements within Group QC, collaborating across QC, R&D, and Method Validation.

Strong analytical background and project leadership are essential. The position is based in Vienna, starting ASAP and running until 30.04.2027, with clear links to cross-functional teams and global QC collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline
• Experience with analytical methods and method validation in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and sites
• Experience of coordinating projects and driving activities to completion
• Ability to work independently and navigate a global organisation with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English

Aufgaben

• Drive and coordinate innovation and improvement projects within Group QC
• Act as the key link between project teams, analytical experts, Group QC Method Validation and local QC organisations
• Coordinate and follow up analytical method development, validation and transfer activities across development and technology transfer projects
• Represent Group QC in cross-functional project teams and provide quality control expertise
• Prepare and present analytical method status assessments, analytical risk assessments and project updates to stakeholders
• Drive GMP-related activities including risk assessments, change controls, SOPs and other quality documentation
