You will direct staff and resources, develop policies and standards, manage third‑party providers, and communicate risk to senior management.

The role requires extensive knowledge of cyber threats, governance and data protection, with global coordination and measurable resilience improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and at least fifteen (15) years of related experience with a minimum of six (6) years of technical experience in one or more security domains.
• Relevant Information Security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, CRISC).
• Strong communication, negotiation, influence, and project management skills.
• Ability to operate in a global, decentralized organization and in ambiguous environments.

• Provide leadership, direction, and advocacy to effectively manage the cybersecurity program.
• Develop and implement the agreed cybersecurity strategy in alignment with the business and IT strategy.
• Oversee staff, infrastructure, policy enforcement, and resources; drive policy development and change.
• Advise senior management on risk levels and security posture; communicate value of security to stakeholders.
• Monitor threats, coordinate investigations, and improve business resilience through preventive measures.
