Harting Technology Group in Austria invites a senior leader to own the global SCM Data Analytics & Reporting strategy, providing data-driven insights to management and business functions, and driving KPI and performance management systems across the supply chain.

You will manage analyses, forecasts, and scenario models to support strategic decisions, ensure data quality and governance, identify optimization opportunities, and lead an international Data Analytics & Reporting team.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of leadership and management experience in SCM Analytics, Reporting, or Business Intelligence
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes, KPI frameworks, and data-driven performance management
• Experience with modern analytics, reporting, and BI solutions (e.g., SAP, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Proven track record in delivering transformation and digitalization initiatives
• Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills
• Fluent German and English language skills, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Highly motivated, proactive, communicative, results-oriented, and execution-driven, with a passion for cross-functional teamwork
