Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or finance business partnering, ideally international.
• Strong financial judgement and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Senior stakeholder capability across functions, cultures and geographies.
• Systems and analytics expertise with Excel and SAP; automation/digital reporting interest valued.
• Ownership mindset: proactive, reliable and able to manage priorities.
• Collaborative leadership with knowledge sharing and mentoring of juniors.
• University degree in business administration, finance, or related field; excellent English; German advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning and forecasting cycles across the division with governance and reliable delivery.
• Own divisional management reporting: monthly KPI dashboards and executive commentary.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow, challenge local assumptions, translate insights into actions.
• Provide cross-functional support and ad hoc analyses for the CFO and senior stakeholders.
• Evolve reporting structures, front-end tools and automation with technical teams.
• Promote knowledge sharing and build scalable finance processes within the team.
