AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG in Austria seeks a global Workforce Intelligence lead within the HR Center of Excellence to architect standards, bridge HR and financial data, and drive executive decision-making.

You will define the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap, lead cost planning and reporting, deliver actionable insights, and accelerate digital transformation across SAP, Workday, SharePoint, and BI platforms while mentoring staff.

Qualifikationen

• Strong HR analytics, statistics, dashboarding, and KPI reporting experience.
• Experience with workforce cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting.
• Proficiency in English; German knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SAP HCM or SAP BW is advantageous.

• Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap with governance, processes and tools.
• Develop global workforce planning methodologies, scenarios and planning cycles.
• Lead global workforce budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning with Finance and HR.
• Deliver dashboards and insights for HR Business Partners and executives.
• Own end-to-end global reporting & standards across affiliates.
• Accelerate digital transformation with IT via SAP, Workday, SharePoint and BI.
• Mentor and upskill the analytics community.

We are elevating our global Workforce Intelligence capability within our HR Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you won't just generate reports—you will architect global standards, bridge HR and financial data into strategic recommendations that drive executive decision-making.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Shape the Vision: Define and execute the global Workforce Intelligence roadmap, converting CoE strategy into robust governance, processes, and tools.
• Develop Strategic Workforce Planning: Establish global methodologies, scenarios, and planning cycles, seamlessly integrating workforce strategy with long-term business and financial goals.
• Lead Workforce Cost Planning: Oversee global workforce budgeting, forecasting, and 5-year planning. Drive consolidation, scenario modeling, and variance analysis alongside Finance and HR leaders.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: Synthesize datasets into intuitive dashboards, identifying key trends, risks, and growth opportunities for HR Business Partners and executive management.
• Own Global Reporting & Standards: Direct the end-to-end operational reporting cycle, establishing unified HR KPIs, quality controls, and data definitions across all global affiliates.
• Accelerate Digital Transformation: Partner with IT to advance automation across SAP, Workday, SharePoint, and modern BI platforms.
• Champion Capability Building: Upskill the global analytics community, produce best-in-class documentation, and mentor junior team members.

• SystemsKnowledge:ExperiencewithSAP HCM, SAP BW/BEx/AFO andWorkday, aswellasdesigningglobalprocessesandstrategicworkforceplanning,isanadvantage.
• Language Skills:You communicate with full professionalproficiencyin English. Knowledge of German language is anadvantage.
• High-Visibility Impact: Directly advise stakeholders and HR Business Partners across the entire enterprise.

• Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at EUR 65,000,- all in, whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
