• End-to-End Operations know-how in FMCG environment.

• Collect, derive and challenge business requirements; align with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Produce detailed requirement documentation and hand over to IT.
• Manage and drive projects independently; define work packages and timelines.
• Report progress and escalate to senior management.
