Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience in a PLM role or as Key user or consultant in corresponding applications (ARAS/SAP beneficial).
• Depth knowledge of product lifecycle management solutions and proven expertise in developing and implementing process improvements in PLM.
• Strong ability to gather, challenge, and translate pain points into business requirements and system integration concepts.

Aufgaben

• Collect, derive and challenge business requirements and align them with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define and schedule work packages and realistic timelines in alignment with IT teams.
• Prepare and host project meetings and workshops to work efficiently on E2E requirements and new system designs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage resources and dependencies across projects.
• Drive prototyping, validation, and testing of newly implemented solutions and ensure adoption by the Data Quality team.
