You will analyze root causes, lead small DPG projects, and coordinate stakeholder needs while leveraging SAP SD/MM/TM expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years in SAP ERP Supply Chain roles, SD/MM and/or TM focus.
• Strong knowledge of cross-functional dependencies in end-to-end processes.
• Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to diverse audiences.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for end-users, handling 1st/2nd level support.
• Analyze defects, fulfill requests, implement solutions, prevent recurrences.
• Document findings and coordinate with IT and external consultants.
