Red Bull Gruppe is seeking a Logistics Specialist to drive 3PL performance, sustainability, and cost efficiency in Austrian beverage logistics. You will manage KPIs, partner coordination, and pricing data to support cost-optimized pallet flows and scalable networks.

You will collaborate with Logistics Technology and the Network Design team, using advanced Excel, dashboards, and SAP to analyze data, propose improvements, and ensure seamless logistics operations for customers.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years’ experience or specialized qualification in logistics / supply chain management.
• Experience in end-to-end process management, preferably in FMCG logistics operations.
• Strong analytics with data-driven approach and ability to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to present results to logistics management teams.

Aufgaben

• Define and implement KPIs to track 3PL performance and validate dashboards.
• Drive sustainability initiatives with Logistics Technology and 3PL partners.
• Analyse and optimize logistics cost development and cost structure; maintain rate tables in TM system.
• Handle pallet management activities (CHEP/IPT) and onboard new pallet partners.
• Provide input to Network Design for simulations and regionalisation decisions.
