Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years in-depth strategic and operational sourcing experience with global category management knowledge.
• Experience in machine building, vacuum technology and semiconductors.
• Strong communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Experience in sourcing in Eastern Europe, Asia and spend relocation.

• Manage own material categories including capacity and performance.
• Contribute to Direct Materials KPI and supply base performance.
• Represent category within VAT organization.
• Develop category sourcing strategies and apply defined methods.
• Monitor supply base risk and lead cross-functional sourcing board.
