You will partner with Business Units, Engineering and Operations worldwide, implement the Global Strategic Sourcing Operating Model, and develop a best-cost supplier base in line with regional objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in-depth strategic and operational sourcing experience with a solid working knowledge of global category management.
• Experience in category specific production techniques and processes.
• Good communication skills in German and English (any other language is a plus).

• Develop global sourcing strategies for Raw Material & Surface Treatment.
• Partner with Business Units, Engineering and Operations.
• Sustain the Global Strategic Sourcing Operating Model and deliver best-cost supply.
• Apply aligned sourcing processes and supplier assessments for a fit-for-purpose base.
• Realize measurable cost reductions and improve QCD across the spend.
• Lead cross-functional category teams and supplier relationships.
