This role focuses on owning the complete sales operations and logistics workflow, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across regions. You’ll interface with finance, sales, and supply chain to enable revenue growth and exceptional customer service.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in sales operations, logistics, or supply chain administration.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shipping platforms.
• Meticulous data entry and basic accounting principles (revenue recognition).
• Analytical and process-driven: structured thinker with data-to-business impact.
• Ownership mindset: accountable for seamless workflows and outcomes.
• Fluent English; French or German is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle and revenue reporting.
• Lead global sample shipments and commercial product logistics.
• Process sales orders in ERP (Odoo) and coordinate with inventory.
• Ensure cross-border shipments with compliant declarations.
• Maintain customer and product master data in Odoo.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable improvements.
• Support revenue accounting reconciliations and cost reporting.
