Zusammenfassung

Pflegewegweiser, part of the Entyre Group, seeks a Head of Homecare Products to scale a new growth vertical. You will own the portfolio, define strategy, and drive e-commerce, supply and distribution with GM-level ownership.

You will lead with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, managing a 10+ person team and reporting to the Switzerland Managing Director as part of the extended leadership team.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, retail, healthcare commerce, or consumer products.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a product category or business line.
• Strong experience with P&L ownership and commercial performance management.
• Experience managing product portfolios, suppliers, and distribution.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to building new businesses.
• Experience working with Shopify or comparable commerce platforms.
• Fluent German required.

Aufgaben

• Build and scale the Homecare Products vertical from portfolio to operations.
• Own long-term strategy and growth roadmap for the category.
• Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and unit economics.
• Develop scalable commercial and operational structures.
• Build and manage MiGeL product portfolio and new opportunities.
• Lead Shopify-based e-commerce and oversee logistics with partners.
