Zusammenfassung

Lenzing AG is seeking a Logistics Manager Lyocell Filament to coordinate global supply chain activities and warehouse operations. You will ensure data accuracy and timely information for customers, while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Quality to optimize product flow.

Requirements include a degree in Business Administration or Logistics and around 5 years of logistics management experience, plus SAP and MS Office proficiency and German/English language skills.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration or Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Around 5 years of experience in logistics management.
• Proven track record in warehouse management and stock planning.
• Strong IT skills, especially SAP and MS Office.
• German fluency with good English.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external customers.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate communication with customers regarding order confirmations, pro forma invoices, and transport; ensure timely delivery information.
• Monitor stock levels and orders; maintain up-to-date data in systems; prepare reports for production planning.
• Work with Sales, Operations and Quality to optimize product flow and customer satisfaction.
• Manage warehouse operations for filament products globally; coordinate availability and allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal logistics processes, including transport and warehouse flows.
