Andritz Hydropower is seeking a Division and Project Procurement Manager for Vienna or Weiz. You will lead supply chain strategies for complex capital projects, ensure material availability, manage supplier relationships, and drive digitalization across processes.

Requirements include a university degree, extensive international SCM experience, SAP proficiency, and the willingness to travel. An ESG and contract-management focus will be part of the role in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in supply chain management for international industrial environments.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with SAP and SCM tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios.
• Ensure material availability and on-time delivery across project phases.
• Manage supplier relationships and risk throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and global SCM structures.
• Drive strategic sourcing, benchmarking, and continuous improvement.
• Support ESG compliance within the supply chain.
• Oversee contract negotiations and claims in coordination with Legal and project teams.
• Drive digitalization and data-driven decision making across processes.
