ams OSRAM AG is seeking a Project Manager Operational Excellence to lead global programs within the OSQ organization, driving efficiency across Operations, Supply Chain and Quality. The role requires a technical university degree and extensive PM experience in semiconductor-like environments.

You will define KPIs, analyze complex data, and present findings to Senior Management, collaborating with Controlling, R&D and Procurement.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical university degree.
• At least 5 years of PM experience in semiconductor industry or similar large-scale operations.
• Experience with Lean, TWI, Six Sigma, Hoshin Kanri.
• Ability to prepare executive-level reports for Senior Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; excellent communication.

Aufgaben

• Program management for global programs and strategic projects to enhance OSQ efficiency.
• Define goals and track KPIs for the global OSQ organization.
• Analyze, summarize and present factory data, processes and organizational setups.
• Improve business processes within OSQ and coordinate with Controlling, R&D, Procurement, etc.
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management.
