fonio is expanding its paid marketing to scale internationally from its Vienna office. You will own and optimize large campaigns across multiple channels, handle sizable budgets, and improve tracking and conversion processes to drive measurable performance.

The role requires strong English skills, German as a plus, and hands-on experience with testing, landing pages, and performance marketing mindset. Vienna relocation is offered.

Aufgaben

• Launch and scale campaigns across new channels (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube).
• Manage large budgets with accountability and performance focus.
• Own tracking and conversion setup (Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads).
• Design and test new campaign structures and landing pages.
• Extract learnings and iterate quickly for measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.
