You will lead content initiatives and manage a monthly SEO budget, working with external agencies when beneficial while keeping the strategy in-house.

Qualifikationen

• Must have built SEO at real scale with measurable results.
• International SEO experience across markets beyond home market.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Own SEO strategy and execution across all markets, starting with DACH and expanding internationally.
• Define how pages are built and structured, collaborating with website and engineering teams on technical SEO.
• Lead keyword research and target both traditional and AI-generated search results.
• Commission or write content needed to rank for priority topics.
• Manage an SEO budget of €20,000–€30,000 per month.
