Bybit in Vienna seeks an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to lead the lifecycle of payments products, including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital wallets, fiat and stablecoins. You will report to Head of Payments EU / Managing Director, shaping the product roadmap with a strong commercial focus.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in banking, payments or fintech, with deep knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022 and regulatory AML/KYC.

Formación

• Experience in banking, payments or fintech as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Solutions Engineer.
• Strong commercial or pre-sales experience.
• Deep understanding of traditional payment rails (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022) and digital assets.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Reporting: Direct report to Head of Payments EU / Managing Director of Bybit Payments GmbH.
• Product Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of payment products including accounts, international transfers, cards, digital payments, digital wallets, FIAT currencies and stablecoins (e-money tokens).
• Business Development: Drive B2B client acquisition, support the sales team in pitches, advise on API integrations for fiat and EMT flows, establish partnerships, translate market demands into the product roadmap.
• Stakeholder Management: Interface between technical teams, legal & compliance, AML, payments operations, sales and external financial partners.
• Project Management: Lead big project set-up and management, driving initiatives from conception to execution.
