fiskaltrust is seeking an International Customer Success Manager to drive post-sale success for international B2B partners across Europe. You will lead onboarding, act as a strategic partner, and ensure partners deploy, scale, and maximize value from our platform while aligning with local compliance and market needs.

Qualifikationen

3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Technical Partner Management in a B2B SaaS/FinTech environment.
Experience driving product adoption across international markets.
Strong communication and project management skills.

Aufgaben

Take seamless handovers of newly contracted international partners from the Sales team.
Lead structured onboarding programs guiding partners through integration and go-to-market phases.
Act as a trusted consultant to partners, helping them leverage our feature set.
Help partners maximize market potential and streamline rollout workflows to end-merchants.
Coordinate international market launches ensuring alignment with country-specific compliance.
