Greiner in Austria seeks a Group Expert P&C Digitalization & Processes to drive digitization and standardization of HR processes. The role focuses on global payroll, time management, and travel management, and requires managing end-to-end processes across Greiner.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business, IS, or related field.
• Experience with Payroll, Time Management and Travel Management in an international environment.
• Experience driving global initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Experience with HR Shared Service Centers (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global P&C process digitalization and continuous improvement.
• Manage GBPM for Payroll, Time Management and Travel Management.
• Develop end-to-end processes across Greiner.
• Design, implement, and roll out global templates and systems.
• Define and govern global process standards, KPIs, controls, and documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment, change management, training, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with P&C, IT, business, and external partners to drive process excellence.
