Zusammenfassung

Allocator One GmbH, Vienna-based, seeks a senior operator to own group-wide dashboards, reporting and operating intelligence. You will drive analytics across regions, products and assets, and lead strategic projects with founders as the business scales globally.

Responsibilities include building complex financial models, managing IR processes, and partnering with leadership to streamline reporting and automation.

Qualifikationen

• Background at an investment or top-tier consulting firm and/or a senior operating role with sustained responsibility for the above functions.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience owning dashboards, reporting and operating intelligence in a complex, multi-region environment.
• Proven experience operating with P&L responsibility and at group or executive level.
• Deep, practical expertise in financial modeling, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability (multi-sheet models, scenarios, sensitivities).

Aufgaben

• Own group-wide reporting and analytics across regions, products and asset classes.
• Design, optimise and automate operational and financial reporting using BI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build and maintain complex models and KPIs (AUM, deployments, MOIC, IRR).
• Aggregate inputs from regional data into clear, decision-ready insights.
• Co-lead expansion initiatives across geographies and products; collaborate with IR.
