Allocator One GmbH is hiring an Associate to build the engine behind their AI-first asset management approach. You will work directly with the founders, reporting to a Founding Partner, and help scale investor relations, financial analysis, and technology efforts.

The role sits at the intersection of investor relations, quantitative analysis, and product development, with responsibilities spanning automation, deal-flow intelligence, and portal enhancements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong quantitative skills with ability to build and defend financial models.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and prompt/context engineering.
• Proven track record delivering projects without being asked.

Aufgaben

• Identify workflows that can be automated and build AI agents to do it.
• Build and defend fund return models (MOIC, IRR, DPI, carry, fees).
• Turn deal flow into market intelligence and data-driven insights.
• Shape the LP portal for investors with performance data and intelligence.
• Own LP relationships end to end: onboarding, due diligence, follow-ups.
