Zusammenfassung

argenx is seeking a Senior Manager Customer Service to oversee end-to-end order-to-cash and distribution operations. You will coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, ensure regulatory compliance, and align with Finance, QC, Regulatory, and commercial teams.

The role requires extensive experience in pharma distribution, strong project management, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel up to 20% is expected as part of supporting distributors and new markets.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biologics manufacturing and cGMP processes.
• Knowledge of GDP requirements.
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all O2C activities including sales orders, credits, returns, and invoicing.
• Secure order operations for all LRDs and 3rd party customers and report progress to senior management.
• Ensure financial transaction integrity for movement of finished products.
• Coordinate with Finance teams to meet SLAs and compliance.
• Manage distribution operations and relationships with 3PL providers.
• Lead end-to-end distribution to markets while ensuring GDP/GMP compliance.
• Support expansion into new markets and roll-out of products to different regions.
