ALPLA Werke Alwin Lehner GmbH & CO KG in Austria seeks a senior leader to drive tooling program management across international operations. You will oversee toolmaking, mold manufacturing, and tooling strategies to optimize production of plastic packaging solutions.

You bring 8–10 years of experience, a degree in engineering or related field, and proven ability to influence stakeholders across cultures. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a comparable field.
• 8-10 years of experience in toolmaking, mold manufacturing, or tooling program management.
• Proven leadership experience in international organizations.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, tooling technologies, and mold lifecycle management.
• Excellent combination of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions and cultures.
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 40-50%).
