Roche is seeking a visionary technical leader to drive industrialization and sustaining engineering for complex medical device programs. You will shape strategy, manage cross-functional teams across global manufacturing networks, and ensure lifecycle readiness from design to commercial launch.

You will lead risk assessments, CAPEX planning, and collaboration with external partners while advancing continuous improvement and innovation across sites. International travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of total work experience in medical device or combination product industrialization, sustaining engineering, and manufacturing.
• BS/MS/PhD in science or engineering required.
• Proven leadership of complex, multi-project portfolios and external negotiations.

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy and roadmap for industrialization from innovation to commercialization.
• Lead a global technical matrix team and align across innovation, product and development groups.
• Apply design principles for manufacturing, assembly, industrialization, and lifecycle management during product development.
