Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a senior Packaging Technology Strategy Project Leader to industrialize and manage advanced packaging technologies within a global manufacturing network. You will bridge biotech tech development and manufacturing excellence, drive standards, and lead cross-functional teams across MSAT, engineering and site operations.

You will define technology roadmaps, evaluate innovations for scalability, and coach technical teams while advancing lean, robust and sustainable packaging

Qualifikationen

Pharma/biotech industry experience with process development and industrialization.
Experience leading senior cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality systems and ICH guidelines.

Aufgaben

Lead development of strategic technological roadmaps for finished goods packaging.
Interface with global MSAT, engineering and site teams to align standards.
Define technology lifecycle and milestone re-evaluations for changing needs.
Represent packaging needs in governance forums and senior stakeholder meetings.
Identify innovations and translate them into actionable projects with efficiency gains.
Oversee scaling of technology standards and coach technical teams globally.
