Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel M&A to support cross-functional teams in domestic and international M&A, with a focus on sports, growth, startups, and corporate restructurings.

You will draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence, advise on legal issues, and help manage risk across multiple jurisdictions while aligning business objectives with Red Bull's interests.

This role offers broad exposure and responsibility for workstreams within a dynamic, global business.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in domestic or international M&A, corporate law, commercial law and contract law.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal advice on M&A transactions and other projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, LOIs, term sheets, share and asset purchase agreements.
• Support due diligence, signing, closing and post-closing activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, HR and Business teams for a coherent process.
