DSM-Firmenich is seeking an HR Analytics Intern to gain hands-on experience with HR technologies such as Visier and SAP SuccessFactors. This part- or full-time role (30–38.5 hours/week) lasts 6 months and offers exposure to data analysis, dashboards, and reporting in a global organization.

You will turn people data into insights, improve data quality, and collaborate with teams across countries. Recruitment starts September 2026.

Qualifikationen

This position is part of the Solutions business (SolCo) within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

What You Bring

• You're currently studying HR, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
• You have gained some first practical experience in HR through internships, working student positions, university projects, or similar opportunities
• You enjoy working with data and love solving problems
• You're curious, detail‑oriented, and like finding out how things work
• You feel comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint
• You have an interest in people, HR, and turning data into insights
• You can work independently but also enjoy collaborating with others
• You communicate confidently in English. Additional languages are a plus
• Most importantly: you're eager to learn, grow, and contribute from day one
