Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Labour & Employee Relations Specialist to guide complex ER matters across Austria, Switzerland and Poland. Based in Austria, you will partner with HR teams to ensure legally compliant, business-focused outcomes while supporting organisational change and cross-border projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Labor & Employee Relations across a multi-country organization.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and works councils/unions.
• Experience supporting reorganisations, restructurings or transformations in a multi-country scope.
• Ability to travel to sites across covered countries for interviews and support.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert ER support by coordinating consultations with employee representatives and leading negotiation processes.
• Structure and advise People Partners in cross-country consultation with employee bodies and draft required documents.
• Lead reorganisations, restructurings and transformation initiatives with compliant, business-focused outcomes.
• Manage complex workplace investigations and performance management processes with support from Legal, Compliance and COE teams.
• Act as escalation point within the HR operating model for high-risk ER matters and drive policy improvements.
