Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Labour and Employee Relations Specialist to manage complex ER matters across Austria, Switzerland, and Poland. You will support HR, partners, and leadership with legally sound, business-aligned outcomes while navigating local labour laws and union relations.

The role requires travel to covered sites, a strong background in multi-country ER, and fluency in English to collaborate with global teams.

Formación

• Progressive experience in Labor & Employee Relations within a matrix international org.
• In-depth knowledge of Austrian labor law and works councils/labour unions.
• Experience supporting reorganisations, restructurings, transformations across multi-country scope.
• Ability to draft consultation documents and company agreements with autonomy and influence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert ER support, coordinating with HR to lead consultation with employee bodies.
• Advise People Partners in cross-country consultation processes and prepare documentation.
• Lead LER for reorganisations, restructurings, and transformation initiatives across Europe.
• Oversee complex workplace investigations and performance management with cross-functional partners.
