Zusammenfassung

Iochpe-Maxion is seeking an Insurance Analyst (m/f/d) for its Global Risk & Insurance team in Vienna, Austria. The role focuses on managing global insurance programs, supporting risk management, and overseeing claims and reporting to ensure alignment with company objectives.

You will collaborate with the risk manager, brokers, and local entities, leveraging English and German language skills in a fast-paced environment and contributing to international insurance strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Law, Administration, Economy, Accounting or related field.
• Education program: Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related area.
• 3 years progressive experience in insurance as broker and/or insurer.
• Familiar with insurance policies and contracts.
• Insurance and finance knowledge; experience with foreign insurance markets.
• Fluent English and German.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Monitor the periods in force of all Global Insurance Program policies (Property, GL, Cyber, D&O, Marine/Transportation, Business Travel, Fidelity).
• Support the Global Risk Manager and broker in all phases of the insurance process (asset valuation, value-at-risk analysis, roadshows, bids, committees, inspections, claims, action plans).
• Follow claims processes until reimbursement and reinvoicing to local entities.
• Prepare reports on insurance processes/claims and ensure timely payments of expenses.
• Support risk management controls execution.
• Keep insurance processes aligned with the organization’s objectives and strategic plan.
