Zusammenfassung

ALDI SÜD HOLDING seeks an Operational Risk Management professional to enhance the global insurance program in line with our strategy. You will work with external brokers and perform data-driven risk assessments across our global operations, developing loss prevention strategies for self-insured risks.

AI tools will be used to strengthen internal risk management and you will define minimum risk requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Finance or relevant insurance/risk experience.
• 3+ years in insurance or loss prevention function (e.g. Broker, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Risk Engineering).
• Business fluent English; German would be beneficial.
• Analytical mindset with ability to handle complex issues.

Your Profile

• You have an academic degree in Finance or relevant work experience in the insurance/risk sector
• As an Operational Risk Management Professional you have at least 3 years of experience in an insurance or loss prevention function (e.g. Broker, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Risk Engineering)
• Your English skills are business fluent, German would be beneficial
• You have an analytical way of thinking and the distinct ability to work on complex issues
• Structured, quality-oriented and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy is a matter of course for you
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 44.200*
