Zusammenfassung

UNIQA Insurance Group in Vienna seeks a Senior Claims Consultant (f/m/d) to translate management strategies into actionable projects and lead international claims initiatives. You will design analytical frameworks, dashboards and monitoring tools to improve KPI transparency and drive measurable impact across business units.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Claims International, automation, process improvements and knowledge sharing within the group.

Qualifikationen

• Lead cross-functional and international projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to quantify financial impacts.
• Solid knowledge of the insurance business, ideally Claims.
• Very good command of Power BI and MS Office.

• Translate Group Claims Management strategies into actionable projects and country-level initiatives.
• Collaborate, support and represent Claims International in cross‑functional and international meetings.
• Lead and coordinate international claims-related projects with a focus on automation, change and process improvements.
• Design analytical frameworks, dashboards and monitoring tools to enhance transparency and steer claims KPIs.
• Monitor operational performance and derive insights to drive measurable impact at business unit level.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within the Claims & Anti‑Fraud Community to scale best practices.
