Qualifications
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical and automation systems.
- Strong knowledge of Siemens SIMATIC S7 PLCs and TIA Portal.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience with PROFINET/PROFIBUS networks.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain LV/MV electrical and automation systems.
- Diagnose issues with Siemens SIMATIC S7 PLCs, TIA Portal, servo drives, motors.
- Read and troubleshoot LAD, FBD, STL (AWL), and SCL PLC programs.
- Install, commission, and maintain PROFINET and PROFIBUS networks.
- Perform cable installation, EMC checks, shielding, grounding, and diagnostics.
- Read electrical schematics and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with suppliers on software and hardware improvements.
