Red Bull is seeking a Global HRIS Specialist to shape and enhance talent solutions that enable us to find and keep the right people, and to give wings to our employees throughout their employee journey.

You’ll work with HR and IT teams to develop HR processes and solutions while working with modern technologies in a global and diverse environment. You’ll become a trusted point of contact for our global HR community and deliver training sessions when needed.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience with HR processes and HR technology projects in an international environment.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, IT or equivalent.
• Good understanding of talent-related HR processes.
• Fluent English; German is beneficial.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across HR and other departments.
• Able to adapt to new requirements and work on multiple topics with several timelines.
• AI project exposure is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop HR processes and solutions with HR and IT teams using modern technologies in a global environment.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for the global HR community and deliver training when needed.
• Coordinate incidents, maintain high-quality documentation and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to enhancement projects by analyzing requirements, aligning with stakeholders, testing solutions, and coordinating go-live activities.
