• Willingness to travel internationally (around 30%).

• Shape and lead the engineering strategy for Greenfield developments and translate business requirements into engineering priorities.
• Review and challenge major investment plans focusing on Greenfield developments and continuity risks.
• Define engineering standards and requirements for development projects.
• Act as a technical advisor across the organization within the area of expertise.
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches for potential improvements.
• Provide technical direction to teams involved in Greenfield developments and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive technical standardization across production lines to enable cross-site learning and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Oversee the budget within the area of responsibility, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
