Zusammenfassung

Galderma seeks a Group Commercial FP&A Manager to join the Group Financial Planning & Analysis and Controlling team in Zug, Switzerland. You will own the financial consolidation of the Group MRP and lead analyses on brand profitability, PVM and GTN, turning drivers into actionable insights.

You will also drive AI-enabled forecasting initiatives, partnering with Commercial, IT and regional finance to strengthen sales forecasting capabilities and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Finance or related field required.
• 10–15 years FP&A or Group Finance experience in multinational.
• Proven leadership and financial modelling skills (PVM, GTN, profitability).

• Own the Group MRP consolidation across regions, brands and functions.
• Lead Group-level brand and portfolio profitability analysis.
• Develop and own PVM analysis across brands, markets and product categories.
• Lead GTN analysis, identifying drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Drive AI-enabled forecasting initiatives and adoption of new methods.
