Zusammenfassung

Erste Group Services in Vienna is seeking an accounting professional to bridge accounting, regulatory reporting and IT. You will own SAP FPSL and help drive process optimization across FPSL, GL and upstream systems.

The role requires IFRS and UGB knowledge, strong Excel skills, and fluent English; German is a plus. You will interact with auditors, tax advisors and authorities and contribute to digital transformation within Erste Campus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience in a financial institution or regulated setting.
• Strong IFRS and UGB knowledge.
• Excellent Excel skills; SAP FPSL or SAP S/4HANA Finance experience is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate requirements into solutions.
• Excellent English; German language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own SAP FPSL and contribute to ongoing development and optimization.
• Analyze, reconcile, and ensure data quality between FPSL, GL, and upstream systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS/UGB.
• Support regulatory and accounting requirement implementations and new products.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to drive process optimization and digitalization.
• Serve as contact person for entities, auditors, tax advisors, and authorities.
