Zusammenfassung

SWARCO ITS Services GmbH is seeking a senior finance professional to lead the ITS Group Accounting Team in Wattens, Austria. You will coordinate monthly reporting, oversee intercompany reconciliation and IFRS consolidation, and drive central holding functions within the group.

Ideal candidates have strong IFRS knowledge, international leadership experience, and proficiency with SAP (SEM-BCS preferred). Excellent German and English communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach are

Qualifikationen

• Degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Several years of international accounting experience.
• Strong leadership and international stakeholder management.
• Experience with IFRS and Austrian commercial code (UGB) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Professional and disciplinary management of the ITS Group Accounting Team.
• Coordinate subsidiaries' monthly reporting and intercompany reconciliation.
• Prepare consolidated IFRS financial statements and review IFRS reporting packages.
• Design and implement central holding functions within Group Accounting.
• Provide technical and IT support to subsidiaries and maintain SAP-based processes.
• Develop consolidation processes and maintain Group chart of accounts in SAP.
