Emerging Bites, a Vienna-based restaurant group, is seeking a Financial Director to join our Vienna head office and own the financial backbone of our growing international platform.

You will lead finance across five markets, drive reporting, controls, cash flow, and banking relationships, and shape financing for expansion. Fluent German and English are essential; experience in franchising or QSR is a strong plus.

Qualifikationen

• Senior finance leader with multi-entity, multi-country experience.
• Hands-on, commercially sharp and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
• QSR, retail or franchise experience is a strong plus.

• Oversee finance across five markets, including reporting, controlling, cash flow and banking relationships.
• Structure financing to support expansion pipeline.
• Oversee franchisee financial performance, unit economics and investment cases.
