DO & CO in Vienna is seeking a Head of Crew Control (m/f/d) to act as central point of contact for the entire event crew across the group. You will coordinate culinary, service, and logistics teams at flagship events nationally and internationally, including Formula 1, FIFA World Cups, and major golf and tennis tournaments.

The role oversees staff scheduling, travel arrangements for event teams, and provides solution-oriented support.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for people.
• Structured, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to coordinate teams up to 250 employees.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages an advantage.
