Partner Company seeks a Global Entity Operations Associate based in Switzerland to manage day-to-day corporate maintenance and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate with Finance,Legal, HR, and external partners to keep entities compliant and scalable.

This remote-friendly role emphasizes process improvement, risk management, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-moving global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in international operations, project management, or compliance is preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and timeline management.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day corporate maintenance for global entities across jurisdictions.
• Track and coordinate corporate compliance obligations (license renewals, UBO, KYC, governance).
• Support international expansion by coordinating entity setup and operating infrastructure.
• Source and manage external legal, corporate, compliance, and local providers.
• Coordinate projects and timelines with Finance, HR, Legal, and other internal teams.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Identify gaps and risks in entity management and implement practical solutions.
• Help establish scalable processes to improve global entity operations.
