Job summary

ABB is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager, BL Analytical, to own the EMS/PCBA category and shape its global direction. This senior individual contributor will consolidate strategy with factories and cross-functional teams to build a resilient, cost-optimized supply chain.

You will lead strategy development, supplier negotiations, and contract management while driving performance targets across global stakeholders.

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Track record building global strategies and executing them across functions.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Data-driven mindset with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global EMS/PCBA strategy for the Analytical business line.
• Lead sourcing strategies using the CIPS process to ensure capability and capacity.
• Negotiate agreements, renew price lists, and manage terms and conditions.
• Manage procurement planning, budgets, savings forecasts, and cost-out programs.
• Identify and qualify suppliers focusing on quality, cost and sustainability.
• Provide ongoing contract management and supplier oversight.
• Align factories, local teams and global leadership to achieve targets.
